Invite your families

An invite lets a parent see their own athlete — never anyone else’s. Families can join whether or not they use Athelos already.

Open Invite Families in the menu.
Select athletes across your roster, or paste a list of parent emails.
Review and send. Each parent gets an email with a secure link.
When a parent accepts, their row shows as joined. Resend or copy a link for anyone who has not.

Invites go out in batches so your gym’s email is not flagged as spam.
