What gets deleted
Closing your Athelos account deletes your login and your family’s data for every athlete you’re linked to: the skills, notes and seasons you recorded, the photos and videos you added, the milestones and yearbooks you made, the competitions you added yourself, your recruiting packet, and your access to your athlete on Athelos.
If your athlete is under 18 and no other guardian is linked to them, your athlete's own login and entries are deleted too. An athlete who is 18 or older keeps their own login and entries.
What stays
Each gym keeps its own record of your athlete’s time there, the way a gym keeps paper records. Those never include anything your family recorded, and you won’t see them after you delete.
Anything another guardian recorded stays theirs.
We keep order and payment records for 7 years because tax law requires it. What we keep is the transaction only — order number, date, amount and purchaser — never your athlete’s record, photos or personal details.

How to request it
- On this page — sign in and use the button below.
- In the app — open Your Data from the menu, then Delete my account.
- By email — write to support@athelos.net from the address on the account. We respond within 30 days.
Every route sends a confirmation email first. Nothing is deleted until you click the link in that email.
Where this stands today
Submitting the form below records your request and sends you a confirmation email. It does not delete anything on its own. Removal is completed by our team within the timeframes in the privacy policy, and we email you when it is done. We would rather tell you that plainly than show you a page that claims your data is already gone.
